PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

ALL MISSISSIPPI JUSTICE COURTS ARE LOCATED INSIDE A CITY OR TOWN. FOR EXAMPLE, YOU GO TO PANOLA COUNTY JUSTICE COURT, WHICH IS LOCATED IN SARDIS, FOR A TICKET YOU RECEIVED FROM A STATE TROOPER OR DEPUTY SHERIFF. THE CORRECT COURT IS PANOLA COUNTY JUSTICE COURT AND NOT SARDIS MUNICIPAL COURT.

The court selected during registration is the court we will fax your certificate:

♦ Justice Court - Ticket from MS State Trooper or a Deputy Sheriff

♦ Municipal Court - Ticket from City Police Officer in Mississippi.

It will be noted at the top of the ticket which court has jurisdiction.  

Make sure it is correct so that the proper court receives your certificate.

Mississippi Courts:
Click on Municipal or Justice Court from the drop-down boxes provided at registration to locate the proper court.

Alabama Courts:
Click on Select Court. If Pickens County District Court or Fayette Municipal Court is selected, we will mail the certificate to your address. These courts require that you mail your certificate and fine payment to the Court at the same time.

If your Court is not listed, please fill in the Other Court block with the name of the Court on your ticket.

IF YOU CHOOSE THE WRONG COURT, OR YOU FAIL TO VERIFY THE PROPER COURTS RECEIPT OF YOUR CERTIFICATE, YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE COULD BE SUSPENDED AND A WARRANT COULD BE ISSUED FOR YOUR ARREST.

You can print a copy of your certificate to mail to a Court not listed. Use the contact number on the ticket if you are not sure which Court ordered you to attend Defensive Driving School.
